You can 3d print a modified instax wide back for some medium format cameras. Hasselblad has always had an instant film back with some minor modifications. The photos look amazing.

You’re talking out of both sides of your mouth here. Even the greatest test suite on the planet will miss edge cases in the real world. Self driving cars are already 99.999% successful and effectively perfect in simulation.

There is an exception here with AppleTV+ which has a 20-40Mbit/s bit rate. Not quite Blu-ray level but it's very obvious when compared to Netflix.
