It's not about being selective. It's about knowing how to conduct interviews. Those asking about Big-O or FizzBuzz just don't know what else to ask. It's a shame since 99.9% of interviews are like that.

It is difficult especially for the techies. Can't help you much except for wishing you luck. In my case, I got about 50% replies to the emails I had sent but it's not even a tip of an iceberg. Do you know of any people in the nich
