None of those two. Charge by value you deliver. You can build a 100K car in an hour? Excellent. Don't punish yourself by charging only $100 for the hour you worked on it. Know your value - which in capitalism depends on market demand -

Do not think in hours. You are not a worker in a factory. Consider the value you deliver. When you deliver twice the value in the same time you did a year ago charge twice as much.

Also remember that many "other" browsers are also based on Chrome or just customized Chrome versions. Think Opera, Brave, Vivaldi etc.

I tried Koko on two of my blogs. I really like it. You just need a current PHP version.

Webalizer was clumsy and cluttered. I used it like 20 years ago. Koko is way cleaner.
