The article is entirely wrong. Organ donation has been opt-out in France since the first law on the subject in 1976. The only new thing in 2017 is that you can now easily opt-out online.

The "Automatic Proxy Configuration" setting allows you to manually set the URL of the PAC file for automatic configuration. Maybe setting a custom PAC file can override the one sent by the DHCP server. Anyway, unchecking that on

Of course you can. You can also, I think, reverse trackpad scrolling on Windows. However, I dislike the fact that on MacOs they call the setting "natural scrolling" and that they enable it by default for any trackpad you hook up.
