This is not true in all cases. On citrus trees I've seen ants "farm" aphids and scales by protecting them from their natural enemies and eating their excreted nectar. Left alone this combo can easily kill a small citrus tree.

Just a guess: maybe it's like going to a co-working space. You aren't necessarily watching them work, they're just there in a window keeping you company while you do your work.

I remember reading about Sun Valley in LA County that built cisterns to regulate flooding and then use that water for irrigation during dry periods.

It is still a question Apple asks when you submit your app. It's up to the developer to figure out if they need an encryption registration number or not. The SNAP-R process takes about 3 days and can be done entirely online.
