Please post a HWiNFO64 screenshot. I have reasons to believe you're making this up. Not a single user has seen such low idle power consumption for desktop Zen AMD CPUs.

AMD's desktop CPU TDP numbers have been misleading for over a decade. I have no idea why they do it this way. Everything they list must be multiplied by about 1.35. For example, a 170W TDP CPU requires 230W of dissipation. Not 170W. AM
