    Definitely set a hard end time and add that to your calendar if necessary. My team did that and we respect those boundaries. Only exceptions are actual urgent requests.

    Regarding learning, I usually start with YouTube videos to get a foundation of the topic to see if it interests me. If it does, I’ll look more for advanced courses or books and go from there. For research, I usually just use a search engine

    I don’t think this option is available in the US. If the app doesn’t have a built-in way of blocking WiFi access, I believe you just need to turn off WiFi entirely unfortunately. If you’re not in the US, it may be different.

    This is a good point. I have a similar system with reading books. I only allow myself a chapter or two, and I’ll still want to keep reading it when I get back to work, so the reward mechanism is still there.
