ah i see, thanks. i have no idea what rust code looks like but from the article it sounds like a language where you have a lot of metadata about the intended usage of a variable so the compiler can safety check. thats its trick.

A ubi based economy would require more protectionism from govt of finite resources and perhaps even a carrot based incentive system to get people to do less desirable activities. I dont think a ubi economy would have to be entirely flat in
