I always give those the maximum number of stars/smiles/whatever and put the interaction in the best possible light no matter what. I always assume problems at the front line start somewhere further back.

I only do a handful of things on my phone, and I need it to do those things reliably. My new laptop, on the other hand, opens with a Philips head screwdriver and almost everything can be replaced or upgraded. Different priorities for differ
