Some collect $40-60k over the life of an ISAs while normal tuition is around $10-15k. If the ISA is capped at the tuition or sightly higher it's a wonderful program. Very few are. Student loans are often predatory but I'm not sure

Mostly higher rainfall / flooding (due to warmer waters). For wind, it sounds modest. They project the strongest hurricanes to be 5% stronger (windier) by 2100 than the strongest hurricanes today. Of course there are other factors too

As always, consult a lawyer. But, my understanding is that you are allowed to scrape sites as long as you don't impact their ability to deliver the site to other users. In other words, don't DDoS them. Sites tried to ban scraping
