It wasn't dead when I replied. I know this, I show dead since I often find my comments to be flagged or killed since I have some unpopular opinions. Just watch the my history and view the sea of down votes I've collected. ;)

The experience I have of working in C# and .NET is that you use everything from Microsoft, even if it sucks. It's like a rule that goes through every "Microsoft shop" out there. They are as much of zombies as the apple fanboy

Imagine all devs working on macs, myself included. If I were to update and I can't run java, I can't work so this is pretty serious.

The point of free speech is to accept that other peoples opinions can be aired and shared. If you do not like him, do not attend his talk. That doesn't mean you have to prohibit everyone else from attending it too. I am not arguing the

It's not tho. I think he should be able to host events without getting "cancelled" even if he is a grifter. That is the whole point with having free speech to begin with. If you are not on board on that, you are not on board

So only certain people should have free speech? Who determines who is a grifter? You? The angry mob? Your comments is anecdotal proof of what the article tries to convey.

The difference is that you can live a normal life in the western part of the world where as in palestine you would be dead. In the west, if you get harassed because of your sexuality you can take legal action against them. That is not possi

My point is that the oppressor is not israel, it is hamas. You completely missed my actual argument. They wouldn't get shot, bombed and starved if the terror organization of hamas would not start a war. But many palestinians is still s

Even if it doesn't come through I wasn't upset, I was very calm. It's just that I don't really care in being effective when it comes to this sort of thing. I have little sympathy for people who takes side with and defend

Yeah obviously you can use Remix at Vercel as well, but since Vercel is the company behind Next.js I would think you will probably have a better time using Next.js with Vercel. Altough, I have never used Vercel so that was just an assumptio

The setup fee is a one-time fee though, so if you have a server for many years that won't hurt so much. I pay around €30/month for the server I am renting but I know it will last a long time even if I get spikes on any on my many
