I don't know about this. We had disastrous experiences with Ceph and Gluster on bare metal. I think this says more about the immaturity (and difficulty) of distributed file systems than the cloud per se.

Pi 3 can play most N64 titles, definitely the famous well emulated ones, and some PSX and Dreamcast as well. The perf jump from Pi 1 to Pi 2 to Pi 3 was large!

It is possible in some cases but super fragmented, you can buy old Sega games on Steam for example. Probably best thing to do is pick the games you play the most and try to buy something from the parent company, if it still exists.
