Hence having "system/website/app". The system is there to conserve everything and hopefully it will transcend technologies and be easy to migrate the data to whatever comes next.

A startup that simplifies the process/visualisation and makes it accessible to whoever is going to use it will always win!

I guess these things get lost overtime if there is no system of documenting what happened and is happening with any building over a long period of time? A nice startup idea would be to create a system/website/app that documents wh

While this is a good move for users, it can also be a bad one. Imagine all the chat/calling apps that will try to replace your default Phone/messaging/etc. apps and the amount of spam/inconsistent behaviour this will bri

Does this apply to all residents or just Finnish citizens? It would only work if all residents are covered, right? In New Zealand citizens and residents can get govt support for accomodation, yet there are crazy numbers of homeless people e

Interesting! "Reactions were not always positive. Many people preferred not to use a tool from a company that they did not trust in terms of data privacy." So the issue is just trust or the tool is not as useful? How would the res

Can these things be tested in space? Instead of doing a test on earth, push something way out to space and test it, what would the impact be on earth if it was far away?

Love this summary point: "Money is often a negative art. It has a lot to do with the actions you don’t take and things you avoid." Applies to a lot of areas in life and business, not just money!

Your typical case of measuring a doctor's success by the number of EGGs and the likes that his patients do! Wrong incentives = unexpected outcomes!

This quote kind of summarises the effect of the attempted takeover: "Nonprofit websites will be trapped: If they want to keep their longtime brand and their archives, they’ll pay whatever price. “When you buy a domain you own it, but a

Given the expected improvements in battery efficiency over time and the brand Tesla built for itself as THE company to buy from if you want an EV, I would say Tesla's best days are yet to come.

It's great to see Lego innovating in this way, I wonder how much less business they do nowadays given the proliferation of mobile/digital gaming and social media keeping the new generations pretty occupied!

I feel new ideas come from the opposite, when thinking (and partly doing inner-speak) and not listening. Listening is just exploring whats already out there?

It amazes me how @pg managed to conquer the business side of startups and started YC given his very technical background! To me it is not very common for (very) technical people to be good at both tech and business!

You wouldn't necessarily have to remove all of the liver. If you take say 50% of it, then the other 50% can regrow assuming a good chunk of it is still alive.
