Elixir and Phoenix with the underlying Erlang oecosystem is a different world in a positive sense. With Rails you will never get there. If you have the freedom, go the Phoenix way, it will enable you to do much larger things.

This website eats way too much cpu power when active in a browser tab. I guess the reason for this are the animations going on, this is not usable for production. Please consider using velocity.js, thanks!

Foundation 6.1 was worse than Bootstrap 4 Alpha. They are still cleaning up and completely changing things with 6.2 totally breaking your setup. Boostrap alpha is more stable than Foundation "stable".
