As much as I like the simplicity of Postmark, their pricing makes it very hard for me to justify using their service. Sendgrid and Amazon SES are charging $0.10 per thousand. Postgrid is 15 times more expensive.

This was useful. In my case I have a million articles that I want to group related ones together. Similar to Google News. I'm guessing I can use one of the algorithms (Cosine Similarity) to calculate the similarity of every two article and

I'm guessing you recommend SE Asia because of the number of expats living there? Based on my mini research about, it does seems like a good option for coding/having fun at the same time. I'll need to look at the internet availability/speed.

You might prevent the last person removing themselves from the project. After creating a project, I was able to remove myself. The project now has no one to be administered by.

DotCloud might be my favorite company in 2011. It's definitely solving a big problem of mine. From account creation to production level deployment of my Django app took me less than an hour. Offloading sysadmin work has been a great pleasur

I like the simplicity. It took me 2 minutes to sign up, get a phone number and leave a voice mail. The audio file (MP3) was delivered instantly to my email. How are you planning to compete with Google Voice when they roll out in Canada?

GAE is promising, however I already have an existing Postgres database which would be painful to convert to BigTable. Also I'll be using PIL for image manipulation, along with numerous long-running cron jobs which would be hard to run under
