When I solve my own problems, I end up creating the next "emacs" for the problem area. It is awesome . But people on the web don't want emacs' they want notepads. So don't do that I guess.

No, in fact you are wrong for exercise like intense weight lifting. Of course proper diet does have a huge effect in weight loss though.

Excess, significant -- numbers? I'll tell you what puts stress on your body, being fat. Huge numbers of people have being-fat related diseases. Never have I heard of someone succumbing to this protein myth.
