The escape hybrid had a nickel cadmium battery. I don’t see why a li-ion battery pack wouldn’t be usable for 15 years with good battery management. Both battery and ICE cars have reduced performance and range due to capacity/efficienc

Yep, the 2007 Ford Escape hybrid I have is a US model. The next year in 2008 was when the new Escape model design had the Ford Sync audio system with aux input.

Older 1999-2007 model year Ford vehicles don’t come with an aux input audio option and they have a cd changer under the seat instead. I made an Arduino shield that emulates the CD changer and injects my iPhone’s audio pretending to be a CD.

It’s not possible to completely disable 2FA with paid Google domain accounts either. I’ve explicitly turned off 2FA for my paid Google account and it continues to ask me to type a text code or YouTube code. Crazy how you can’t even pay to

My problem isn’t that gmail is too secure, it’s that the 2FA setting doesn’t actually turn off what it’s supposed to turn off. Not sure if this is a bug or intended behavior.
