It's hard to say from here what would be the best thing for them to use, but simply using a modern spreadsheet format instead of the ancient xls seems fine for interchange.

Yeah but really they never had a chance in the mobile market. No way. But they owned the PC market and blew it by improving nothing from 2010 through 2018. That's much less forgivable.

x86/x64 is such a terrible bloated messy instruction set. It really needs to die. I'd like to see the ARM16 and ARM32 variants die too, as they are also bad.

Calculators actually use lookup tables themselves. I don't know if FPUs do too, but I wouldn't be surprised, as it's faster than series expansion.

A benefit of the Quest is that you will have a wider range of apps. You can run all the apps that you can with Reverb G2, plus all the Oculus PC apps and the Oculus Quest apps.
