AND is vector entry-wise multiplication (hadamard product) with boolean entries, not just multiplication in base 2. Multiplication between numbers is not affected by base - base just defines how the number is written down.

I've been using nginx for reverse proxying mostly, but what's the purpose of using something like gunicorn or uwsgi over using just bare Flask? I'm not very familiar with best practices in the area. Is the goal to filter requ

If all rents rise jointly that primarily indicates that housing is not competing on price, so remedying that anti-competitive environment is a separate and more important issue IMO.

I'm not even sure if these examples are that effective. What makes them effective? If the measure of success is whether or not one actually reads the copy, then for me the best approach is to right it like a personal message. In that c

It seems pretty clear that it's not a winner-take-all market. There's, what, 3+ competitors out now that are competing on price and service, and furthermore the drivers can switch between them more easily than any other prior form

It would still be interesting if it holds for all primes rather than just the first ones, as it imposes fundamental structure on the distribution of primes. The base 3 calculation is simply the form that structure takes.
