Insane velocity. The UI is fantastic, would love to see more tools reuse it, like a DAW or a proper dedicated CAD app but from what I read it is deeply integrated in the project.

For JS driving the business logic you do not need a browser to run it. On iOS there is JavaScriptCore and there are other Javascript runtimes out there that are quite small. That said, it is true that Javascript may not be the right choice

For me newly installed apps from outside the Appstore are excluded from Spotlight until I manually open them and trigger the 3rd party “untrusted” confirmation dialog. After confirming with Open they show up.
