Just coffee these days. I feel like I stopped snacking in the last 2 years. I snacked much more when we were in the office. lots of trailmix, wasabi peas, M&Ms, and bowls of cereal. I always had wet wipes lol because of snacks.

Depends on the mood. I can't sleep without a podcast or audiobook now. I use airpods but they fall out during the night. and I get bummed if I wake up and can't find them or need to listen to something else to fall asleep again at

Force myself and time box it. Set up my workspace, pour myself a coffee, listen to classical music, and give myself a hard deadline. Not easy, but I find having the right set up gets me in that mentality to get it done.

The first thing is to sleep before sending any email back to the person who rejected you. Take some time to breathe and have someone you trust give any draft you write a read through before sending. It never helps to go negative. Afterward,
