So the ads don’t just pay for the debilitating server costs and the cost of your text editor? :winking Unicode emoji: In all seriousness, I really enjoyed the sudo replacement post. It was fun to read

I've thought about it further. 'Federation' or decentralization is a fantastic idea. There is really only one way that it truly 'works' as a decentralized service... Each and every user runs their own instance of a

National Geographic was an amazing publication when cultures were distant, travel was not as easy, areas of the world were still 'remote', and there was no internet. Where else could you see photographs of tribes in New Guinea, or

Unique individuals , yes. But we all function the same way. This is why calories in / calories out is a constant among all unique individuals.

There is an iOS app I found today called DiscourseHub that allows you to connect multiple discourse sites into a unified homepage, and switch between them. I've used it for about an hour and it seems pretty solid, fwiw

I seriously dislike trying to use Discord, and I get annoyed when open source projects direct questions / support to a community discord as opposed to a wiki or faq of forum. Searching discord is painful, and god forbid you ask a quest
