Quitting reddit over a year ago was good for my mental health. I noticed that I found myself being very submissive and changing my behavior and opinions so that some anonymous mob wouldn’t dogpile on me. I think the same thing is happening

yeah i live east of sacramento in the mountains. I'm in the zone thats had the most hours of power cut by PG&E. The state is falling apart. Its changed so much in the last 20 years. I would rather the Sierra Nevadas be part of Neva

given the volume of data, i don't care as much on an individual level since each person is a drop in an ocean, but knowledge is power, and this is too much knowledge for ISPs, advertisers, and government agencies.
