There are companies that will pay because not everybody is mental. With that money you can enforce the license for the others. It doesn't have to be perfect.

I forgot my own rule: if the test is to filter out candidates that is ok, if it is to filter in, then it is nok. Filter out: small app with bugs, find the bug or add a small feature.
