I have the same issue. Doubt its my processor. Corp laptops have a bunch of things enabled, bitlocker in my experience slows my machine down considerably making it an IO bottleneck.

Vitamin D3 also promotes osteoclastgenesis which can weaken the bones and release calcium into the blood stream. Needs to be balanced with calcium. I wouldn't recommend supplements until you have blood work done.
