Don't use WD-40 on your guns. It leaves a shellac-ish residue when it dries, which is bad for them. I use Ballistol instead.

Right, PTO is compensation. I always make sure I end the year with a zero PTO balance (no rollover) and I make sure that I encourage my employees to do the same.
