If I have to guess, congestion can’t be just about the total bandwidth being used. It has to also do with the number of connections to a tower. So any densely populated areas will likely be perennially “congested”.

Returning/navigating back absolutely takes you back exactly where you were. It’s broken because the whole page is now being rendered in js and that forces a re-render. SPA misuse has ruined web to the extent we’ve forgotten what it was

I think Free speech, Freedom from prosecution for speech and speech without any consequences are all confused with each other. To me, the freedoms to oppose some speech, by way of boycotting, protesting, shunning and shaming is also speech.
