EDIT: downvoting is one way to cope with cognitive dissonance but it does not help motivate those that are trying to lose weight.
- acconrad 11y agoCorrelation does not imply causation my friend. Carbs do not imply obesity, neither does fat. Only excess calories (of any macronutrient, including protein) will lead to bodyweight storage, and eventually obesity.
