Would this really be cheaper? It's an awful lot of man hours committed to just one area vs. a centralized one that can dedicate the time/effort/resources accordingly based on needs and corresponding urgency. Also one of the bigger question would still be how would these EMTs have their equipment with them + how would quality of care be ensured?
