A thousand times this. It makes me sad that you have to worry about this :(. But if there's that strong a bias against your name, you probably don't want to end up actually being present there. My advice, working at an enterprise SaaS company: stick to your guns, and be proud of your name! Good companies (like ours :) ) are actively seeking women for technical positions to correct the bias.
