A networked computer can never be confidential. Period. Full stop.
- upofadown 11y agoWhat distinction are you trying to make here? Any system for secure communications will eventually have to connect to some sort of communications network. Are you saying that secure communications with computers is simply impossible?
- lmm 11y agoHow come no-one broke into the Bitcoin Piñata (in the other story) then? A networked computer can be confidential. Have you tried not writing your networking code in C?
- jlgaddis 11y agoSure it can, although most don't want to go to the lengths necessary to make it so.
