Can someone explain how big of an impact this is?
- pjc50 11y agoI'm confused as to whether that means "if you build a plant today, your de-amortized annual running costs will fall" or "in 25 years time, the projected lifetime cost of a solar plant will be half of what it is today". The latter is .. not useful today.
