Material design is great but I am still wondering how google could release the new Chrome bookmark manager which is a usability nightmare. It requires you to click many times to set a bookmark directory instead of just typing some tag.
Basic usability testing would have shown this.
- signal11 11y agoAs a non-designer, the new Chrome bookmark manager feels very "heavy", UI-wise, compared to the previous version. I also believe Material's color scheme will feel as dated as Aero in a few years.
