If cost reduction is the reason then CPU resources should be higher as well, but they don't seem to be.
- lsc 17y agomy cpu is probably worse 'cause I only give you 1 VCPU. I don't know for sure this is the right decision, but the idea is that the fewer VCPUs each instance has, the less often you have context switches, and the better your system performs when there is a lot of contention for CPUs.
