Could have cloned the drive yourself and given them a nice clean factory new OSX install to snoop on.
- asd 11y agoYep. This is what I've done in the past for our machines. 1) Time Machine it 2) Clean install 3) Drop off computer to be fixed 4) Pick up computer 5) Restore from Time Machine I've never had a problem.
