- oneeyedpigeon 12y agoConsiderably less than ($revenue_per_minute * $downtime) would have you believe because few people are going to attempt to buy an album, have their purchase fail, then never attempt to repurchase it. True, some number will use another online seller, but I suspect they're in a tiny minority.
