Genuine answer: Feeling better about our self-image / placating the fear that we're "not manly enough".
- gadders 12y agoI also find that being strong(er) is more useful in my daily life than increased aerobic capability i.e. picking my nine year old daughter up and carrying her on my shoulders, moving heavy stuff in the garden etc.
