My domain, navarr.me is on google domains. The nameservers are ns-cloud-d$.googledomains.com (1-4) resolving to 216.239.3$.109 (32, 34, 36, 38)

Yeah, Google Domains runs your domain on Google Cloud DNS. My DNS servers are ns-cloud{1..4}.googledomains.com.
