You can't expect everyone to master everything. It's like ranting about how the whole classroom haven't got A+. It's pointless ultimately. The real question is how can we improve a protocol so it's better used by most people. Hence why it's evolving. Nothing should be set in stone forever and then expect everyone to comply to it or die.
