I start with reading, and that's sufficient most of the time. If I just don't get it, then I'll look for a video. I'll set playback to fast to reduce the time it takes to get through it. When I heard what I needed, I hit stop. Just did this recently with the new async/await keywords in c#. I just wasn't getting it, but a few videos did the trick.
