According to their Wikipedia entry [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netflix#IT_infrastructure http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netflix#IT_infrastructure], they are storing all the content on S3. I have to imagine that they have some pretty good contracts with Amazon though.
