- edw519 17y agoDid you find that success on this exercise tracked well with success on the job for those that you ended up hiring? Yes. If someone didn't work out in the long run, it was rarely because of their programming skill, but for some other reason.
- askorkin 17y agoThe other reasons can often be more important than programming skills. Programming skills are arguably easier to acquire than people skills.
