- JoeAltmaier 12y ago...and maybe that's why it all tastes so fantastic! Of my favorite 5 restaurants, 3 are Mexican.
- dredmorbius 12y agoHaving seen large-scale preparation of Carnitas, I can attest to the amount of fat and grease produced in the process. It gets over _everything_.
