Given that John Carmack is a massive Republican jerk, part of me wants to say "socialism (and Jet A subsidization) rules!" The rest of me wants to steal the rocket and fire myself into lower earth orbit.
- stcredzero 17y agoYou'd have to stage those. I don't think there are enough units, and there are probably significant difficulties in making many additional copies. It would be evolution in action.
- electronslave 17y agoWhat? Evolution happens epoch over epoch, not in action. My only hope in being launched into space in a shitty little rocket is to blow up in a massive regulation-inducing ball of guilt. Also, I find it hilarious that I got downvoted a lot. Let me get downvoted more for saying the following: John Gault should be launched into space, with a railroad spike up his rear. Heh heh heh. I hate HN's Republican/Libertard contingent.
