I fail to understand why any school would need iPads or similar devices. Use the classic blackboard and invest every $ in recruiting and training GOOD teachers.

I fail to understand why any school would need iPads or similar devices. Use the classic blackboard and invest every $ in recruiting and training GOOD teachers. Yes, a computer room or some sets of LEGO mindstorms kits can make good sense. But iPads or Chromebooks for every kid? Come on...
