Is the salary enough to live comfortably on in the area whee the employee lives? Do the co-founders seem like they'd be good people to work with? Does the product/work sound appealing to work on for 2+ years? Is there an opportunity to learn a lot? I think these are the things that will matter day to day more than any 'fairness'.
