- jlund 12y agoYes. OpenVPN (wrapped in stunnel), OpenSSH, Shadowsocks, and Tor (with the obfs3 and ScrambleSuit pluggable transports) are all effective against the Great Firewall. Streisand sets up and configures all of them.
