Show HN: Space Shooter for Pebble
- jflowers45 12y agoThat's pretty cool. I don't have a Pebble so didn't realize they had an App Store ... makes me wonder if Flappy Pebble is next ;)
- azdle 12y agoThey're way ahead of you, `Tiny Bird` has been available since Feb: http://www.connectedly.com/flappy-bird-pebble http://www.connectedly.com/flappy-bird-pebble
- jflowers45 12y agoI suppose I should have seen that coming. I saw the article about it being on Google Glass now too. What a craze!
- nacs 12y agoVideo of the game on the Pebble for those curious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TD_jgNTzv5M#t=30 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TD_jgNTzv5M#t=30
- lionheart 12y agoWhy is it spelled Pheonix in the logo? Is that just a typo?
- anonova 12y agoThis seems to be a clone(?) of Patrick Davidson's [1] Phoenix for TI calculators [2,3]. - rompetoto 12y agoSure is. Not a direct clone or anything, I just use a similar style of gameplay/store mechanics. The TI calculator was my first adventure in programming...
- scottlu2 12y agoSomeone should port Invaders. The source code is available. Might want to change the graphics a little to prevent letters from lawyers :) http://www.scottlu.com/Content/Invaders.html http://www.scottlu.com/Content/Invaders.html
