I wanted to recommend ZOHO as India-based company. But Zoho is still US-based, apparently ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZOHO_Corporation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZOHO_Corporation ). There is probably something by Yandex (Moscow-based company, that is officially registered in Netherland).
