I would agree with that. A feature we're working on adding is conversation tracking, which would let you monitor conversations even after you've posted your "copy-paste" business pitch. That way, you can continue the conversation more than a flat advertisement would. Also, I would imagine most large companies would have social media employees that intricately manage the company's online presence. This would add to their arsenal.
